A valid full driving licence is required, along with identification and proof of your current address. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- Using the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any hazardous activities. Transporting dangerous materials, sub-letting the vehicle, or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden, as is exceeding passenger or weight limits and operating outside the agreed geographical area without prior consent.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Hereford will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or fraud.
